Great ideas need great people. As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in finding exceptional talent to keep our ambitions rolling. With your sharp intuition and excellent recruitment skills, you’ll manage the entire hiring process—from the first hello to the offer stage. You’ll collaborate with our team of 30+ recruiters and sourcers across four key domains (Technology, Strategy & Analytics, Supply Chain & Operations, and Business). Together, we’re not just hiring— we have a key role in our rapidly-growing company, where we help build the best milkman on earth by hiring the best talents out there.
