React Native Engineer - Last Mile
 

 In a nutshell

At Picnic, we use React Native and React alongside each other to provide an innovative 

service to our colleagues. Our goal is to build a platform that streamlines Picnic’s Last mile operations and enhances the user experience for both employees and managers. We work on building the most user-friendly experience for our delivery drivers, supporting managers with a near real-time view of everything that is on the road, and much more!

Why use React Native and React? Using a similar technology between the mobile application and the counterpart web app makes it easier to ensure a standard across code bases and facilitate the development of both.

What you'll do

Ownership: Dive into both React Native and React codebases, ensuring consistency 
and quality across our web and mobile applications 
Mastery: Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and optimize workflows 
in the development process. 
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product owners, and stakeholders to 
translate business needs into technical specifications and intuitive user experiences. 
Our Tech: TypeScript and RxJS, React Native, React, Redux, Redux-Observables, Styled Components, Jest, Storybook, GraphQL
