🥜 In a nutshell 

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll lead and enhance our brand’s social media presence in the German market. By developing a strategic content plan, you’ll create and produce engaging content (photo/video) that connects with our community of heroes—Shoppers who assemble orders at our warehouse and Runners who deliver to our customers. In close collaboration with our Employer Branding team in Amsterdam, you’ll strengthen our brand awareness on TikTok and shape a compelling employer brand for our operational workforce. Your efforts will play a key role in driving recruitment to maintain a workforce of 10,000+ employees, a vital element of Picnic’s growth in Germany.
