Employees can develop across three key areas: hard skills, soft skills, and personal growth. Hard skills are strengthened through the Tech Academy or in-house sessions. Soft skills are built via Lepaya’s Fundamentals, Professionals, and Beyond tracks, next to other specialized trainings. For personal growth, initiatives such as Top Parents provide additional support, complementing the broader opportunities for continuous learning and career development.
