We're currently looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) for our team in Düsseldorf.
🎯 What you'll be doing
Help shape HR administration – from maintaining personnel files to updating internal systems (e.g. Workday).
Independently plan and support onboarding activities and team events.
Create HR documents – e.g. welcome letters for new colleagues or summaries from feedback conversations.
Help improve HR processes (e.g. contract management, payment processes).
Support general day-to-day operations as well as special HR projects (such as AI automations) as needed.
⭐ What you bring
We're looking for someone eager to learn, organized, and communicative:
Currently enrolled in a degree program (preferably HR management, business administration, psychology, or a related field).
Available for at least one year.
Strong communication skills in German and English.
Confident with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) – experience with HR systems like Workday is a plus.
Detail-oriented working style and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Enthusiasm for HR along with a team-oriented, solutions-focused mindset.
