Talent Acquisition Working Student - Tech

In a nutshell

At Picnic, our Tech Recruitment team plays a key role in building the engineering and product teams that power our growth.
This is not a support role - it’s an entry point into Tech Talent Acquisition. If you’re curious about how great engineers are hired, love understanding what motivates people, and want to actively shape early-career tech programs, this role is for you.

As a Working Student Talent Acquisition, you’ll become part of our recruitment team and help us attract and engage the next generation of tech talent. You’ll work 16–20 hours per week (more is always welcome).
If you’re proactive, analytical, and excited about tech, we’d love to meet you.
