Work whenever it suits you! You can pick a fixed schedule of 4–5 days or go for a flexible one where you just share your availability every Sunday, that way, we can plan around your schedule and preferences.

As a warehouse worker at Picnic, you collect groceries for our customers. During a shift, you work at your own spot in the warehouse, a station, where you pick products from shelves within easy reach. You pack various products, from coffee beans to bottles of water. This can also include chilled items like milk or deli meats, which means you'll occasionally work in the chilled area (2–4°C). For those shifts, you will, of course, wear a warm sweater or jacket.

As a warehouse Worker at Picnic, you earn €16,12 per hour, including holiday pay, regardless of your age. You also receive travel allowance (for distances of 10-40 km per one-way trip) and free meals during your shift.
If you have worked more than 520 hours, your salary will automatically increase.
Picnic warehouse workers get paid every week. If you prefer, you can also choose to be paid every four weeks. This way, you always know where you stand and have money in your account on time.

Yes! As a warehouse worker at Picnic, you receive a travel allowance if you live more than 10 kilometers from the warehouse. We reimburse €0.21 per kilometer for a maximum of 80 kilometers per day (round trip).
Examples:
You live 9 km from the warehouse → no reimbursement
You live 20 km from the warehouse → full reimbursement
You live 50 km from the warehouse → reimbursement up to a maximum of 40 km per one-way trip (80 km round trip)

As a Picnic warehouse worker, you prepare groceries for hundreds of customers. During your shift, you pack various products, from coffee beans to bottles of water. You'll be walking and moving a lot during your shift, it's like you're being paid to work out!
You work at your own station in the warehouse, where you pack products that are within easy reach on the shelves. A screen shows you exactly which items to pack, such as coffee beans or bottles of water. You pick the product and place it in the correct crate for the customer.
You work in different sections:
After packing, you ensure the crates are ready for shipment. During your shift, we provide a free warm lunch or dinner. During your break, there’s also time to relax or challenge your colleagues to a game of pool or table tennis!
Working hours as a Warehouse Worker at Picnic are very flexible. You can work the following shifts:

If you are a student, you can also work one weekday evening (from 18:00) and one shift on the weekend.

Public transportation does not make it easy to get to the location. For that reason, Picnic provides daily shuttle buses that take you to and from the site.
