How much do I earn as a delivery driver?
As a delivery driver at Picnic working 10-30 hours without a degree, you earn €12,82 per hour. Additionally, our customers often appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of our delivery drivers and frequently show their gratitude with tips.

In addition to your wages, you can keep all tips to yourself, receive holiday pay, vacation days, and daily fresh fruits and snacks. So, with us, you earn a bit more than as a salesperson, service staff, part-time worker in the hospitality industry, or other mini-jobs.
What are the working hours?
In this job, you decide each week when and how much you work. However, you should be able to work at least 10 hours per week. Also, everyone on the team should be able to pitch in on Friday or Saturday evenings – so that shouldn’t be an issue for you.
At all locations, we offer the following shifts:
- Shift 1: 14:00 – 16:45
- Shift 2: 16:45 – 19:30
- Shift 3: 19:30 – 22:30
Currently, we are gradually expanding to additional shifts, so in more and more locations, in addition to the ones mentioned above, we also have the following options:
- 7:30 – 10:15 (an hour later on weekends)
- 10:15 – 13:00 (an hour later on weekends)

Once you’ve completed all the steps in the application process, you can start right away! Note: We don’t always hire delivery drivers immediately. After your application, we’ll let you know as soon as we’re looking for people.
