Welkom Picnic!
2015We ran our first trial in Amersfoort (the Netherlands) with 12 electric Picnic vehicles (EPVs).
100th EPV
2017Our small electric Picnic vehicles (EPVs) allow us to deliver groceries without CO2 pollution or blocking inner-city roads. With 100 EPVs on the road, we’re ready for growth!
Picnic Germany
2018Picnic goes international! Our first German hub was opened, serving thousands of people in the greater Düsseldorf area.
The only way is up
2019With more than 1,000,000 customers in the Netherlands, we raised another investment to create a fully automated fulfilment center.
5 years!
2020Time flies when you’re having fun. We celebrate our 5th anniversary and make big plans for the future.

2021Our 3rd country! Starting from scratch, we’re rapidly scaling-up our assortment, customer relationships, and operations.
Our automated warehouse (FCA) opens!
2022The FCA is set to fulfill more than 100,000 customer orders per week, or close to a million items per day. The future of grocery shopping is here!
