People and Finance

Picnic’s People team works on multiple fronts: from Recruitment to Human resources, all the way to Employer Branding. Next to this, we’re deeply involved in the growth of the company by making sure all the teams are always full of budding talent. Finally, by being in control of our employer brand, we also shape Picnic’s image to current and future employees.

Finance
We are responsible for the financial well-being of Picnic. As a multi-disciplinary team, we take care of the finance operations, control, and tax matters. We seek a digital solution in every challenge and provide you with the opportunity to learn and develop in a rapidly growing international team.

‌

”Within the finance team you are able to get a unique perspective on the business. Like a spider, you’re connected to all the core processes.”

Mats Andriessen
