Learning & Development Trainer

Are you passionate about Learning & Development? Join our diverse team at Amsterdam HQ and make a real impact in our dynamic scale-up environment.As part of the L&D Team, you'll be the backbone for the learning programs that serve our 20,000+ operational employees and 500+ leaders. By planning, organizing and facilitating training you ensure that our programs reach our target group and participants have a top-notch training experience. Collaborating closely with HR and Operations, you’ll play a key role in empowering our colleagues to grow and succeed.
Tricks of the trade
Organizing & Planning On-Site Trainings (50-60%)
Training planning: You proactively reach out to our colleagues in Operations to inform them about our training offer and ensure continuous sign-up for training.
Organise training logistics: Confirm locations, make agreements with hotels and restaurants and allocate trainers for each session.
Facilitate communication: Write clear and engaging communication messages to our participants and their team leads, to help them get most out of our programs.
Facilitating On-Site Trainings (40-50%)
Deliver in-person Training: Facilitate team workshops and leadership trainings together with a co-trainer.
Collaborate with a Co-Trainer: Whether it’s an L&D, HR or Operational colleague, you work together to create a valuable learning experience for our participants.
Measure training impact: You gather feedback from the participants and (co)-trainers feedback and report back to your L&D colleagues.
We’re looking for
A finished Bachelor’s degree
2-5 years of working experience, during which you delivered in-person trainings and preferably worked closely with Operations.
Fluency in Dutch and a full working proficiency in English
A valid driver’s license to travel and work frequently on locations across the Netherlands for on-site training and in-person collaboration.
A passion for Learning & Development and a drive to always keep learning
A structured professional who loves to coordinate, mobilize others and get things done.
A strong collaborator who easily builds networks and connects with our stakeholders
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
